Anxiety by Michael Grose

Parents play a critical role in helping kids manage their anxiety. The first important step is to recognise your child’s anxiety which is often confused with poor behaviour or learning difficulties. This article will help you determine if your child is anxious, and how you to give your child the support they need.

St John’s School, as part of the Catholic faith community, strives to provide a caring, compassionate and supportive environment, where each person is valued and encouraged to develop to his/her full potential.
